This image was created for the 99 frames contest whose sole purpose is to showcase the new features of Cinema4d r13.
Right from the get go I wanted to create an image that would look cool and stand on its own even if you take it out of the contest context.
I also wanted to use the new features in a way that would complement the image and not just be an afterthought. Just toggle all the switches on and see what happens...
I played around with one of the many cool features of the new release, the physical camera.
There's depth of field, chromatic aberration and motion blur (mostly seen in the animation part of it).
